I'm so glad you're reading this before giving any money to the monkeys that made this stupid app. TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, worst app in this app STORE. It's basically a money trap. You sign up for something and they give you nothing and then when you go to cancel your membership 15 minutes later you've lost your money because they will not reimburse you. I'm currently filing a complaint with my credit card company. You have been warned do not sign up with these IDIOTS.
My login credentials won't work on the app on my Firestick. Web browser streams are grainy and choppy.
So many technical difficulties. If it isn't audio issues with games, it us something else. Today's issue is suddenly with OTT apps and now we cannot watch games on our TV. The HockeyTV solution, "watch it on your smartphone". I paid for a season subscription and 2 out of 8 games this season have been screwed up. Maybe they should consider reimbursing us 25% of the season package!
Fraudsters, These guys take your money and there is nothing to watch on their TV streaming channel. Where in ice hockey 2021 world cup they tell about. Pay and get nothing back. Criminals. Do not get this fraud app
If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I've dealt with this horrible company for 3 years watching my son in juniors. Now they have exclusive rights for ACHL tourney and the feed stops working in the 1st period of the finals.
Pointless app, no different than browser version
Waste of money. It doesn't work 75 percent of the time. There is always an issue with live streaming, sound or it stops half way in the game and won't come back on. I wish there was some other way to watch my sons games. This app just sucks and customer support is horrible. They copy and paste their response to problems. Never follow up or follow through with issues! They always blame it on the ice rinks. For $30 a month you think they would fine a solution!
Inconsistent broadcast offered randomly at any given time. Watching recently played games is extremely painful when half of a game is a silent movie and then audio is somehow mysteriously restored much later, if at all. Additionally, the playback often just stops/pauses and then skips backward to replay the last few minutes you just previously viewed. Not really worth the cost and hopeful for drastic improvements in the near future.
